Terms of Use

These Terms govern access to PMPath websites and applications that provide PMP® exam preparation tools and related digital services (“Services”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You may use PMPath only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms. You must not misuse the Services, attempt to interfere with their operation, probe or circumvent security, scrape or bulk-download content except as permitted by the product, or use the Services to transmit malware or abusive material.

Content is provided for your personal or authorized organizational study use as permitted by your plan. You must not resell, sublicense, or redistribute PMPath content outside what your subscription allows.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe there is fraud, abuse, a legal obligation, or risk to other users or the platform.

Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you notify us promptly of unauthorized access.

Where Sign in with Google, Apple, or email/password is offered, your use of those providers is also subject to their terms. Organization accounts must be administered by an authorized representative who may invite or remove users according to product features.

You must meet any minimum age requirement applicable in your jurisdiction to enter into these Terms. PMPath is not directed at children under the age required for lawful consent to data processing in your region.

Payments, billing, and taxes

Paid plans and purchases are offered as described on our pricing and checkout screens at the time of order. Prices may include applicable taxes depending on your location and will be shown before payment confirmation.

Payments are processed by independent payment service providers. PMPath does not store full card numbers on its servers; card data is handled according to the practices of the applicable provider and applicable standards.

If you purchase through an organization or invoicing arrangement, additional commercial terms communicated by your organization may apply alongside these Terms.

Access period and service changes

Unless stated otherwise at purchase, digital access is granted for the term corresponding to the plan you selected (for example, monthly or quarterly duration shown at checkout). Access begins when payment is confirmed or when your entitlement is activated according to the product flow.

We continuously improve the Services and may update features, interfaces, or underlying infrastructure. We may modify or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for legal, security, or operational reasons. Material adverse changes will be communicated where appropriate through the product or by email.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee exam outcomes or certification results.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PMPath and its suppliers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability arising out of these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim (or, if no fees were paid, fifty euros (EUR 50)). Mandatory statutory rights that cannot be limited remain unaffected.
