Parties

Seller information (trade name, address, contact channels, and identifiers where applicable) appears under Legal information in the site footer and may be updated periodically.

The buyer is the person or organization completing checkout with accurate billing and contact details.

Subject of the contract

The subject is provision of access to PMPath’s digital exam preparation Services described on the product page for the selected plan, including features listed at the time of purchase (such as practice exams, question banks, or analytics, depending on your selection).

Deliverables are intangible digital services provided online; no physical shipment applies unless expressly stated for a specific campaign.

Price and payment

Total price including taxes (where applicable), payment method, and billing cadence are displayed before you confirm payment. By confirming payment, you authorize the selected processor to charge the indicated amount.

You warrant that you are authorized to use the chosen payment instrument.

Performance and access

We grant access after successful payment confirmation or activation steps communicated during checkout. Delivery occurs when access is enabled on your account or via redemption flows such as gift codes.

You are responsible for maintaining suitable hardware, browser, and connectivity for online access.

Withdrawal (cooling-off) rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within a specified period without giving reasons. Exceptions may apply when digital content is supplied immediately after express consent and acknowledgement that withdrawal may be lost once supply begins.

Where both statutory rules and PMPath’s refund policy apply, we implement whichever outcome is more favorable to you within legal limits.

Complaints and dispute resolution

Contact us first through customer service so we can resolve issues informally. Mandatory statutory dispute bodies or arbitration paths applicable in your country remain available where required.

See also our Terms of Use for governing law nuances where stated.
