Scope
This policy applies to purchases of PMPath digital subscriptions or digital access entitlements completed online through PMPath checkout flows. It does not replace mandatory consumer rights where such rights cannot be waived.
Corporate purchase orders or bespoke contracts may include separate refund terms communicated at signing.
Eligibility window
Where our consumer-facing pricing FAQ indicates a refund window (for example, seven (7) days from purchase), that summary applies when you have not meaningfully consumed the purchased allowance—such as intensive exam usage beyond nominal exploration—or otherwise used the access in a way that makes reversal commercially unreasonable.
Whether digital content or services have been supplied “in full” may depend on automated signals such as completed exams, redeemed credits, or prolonged active usage. We assess refund requests in good faith based on order records and fair-use indicators.
How to request a refund
To request a refund or exercise a statutory withdrawal right where applicable, contact us using the customer service email shown in the Legal information section of our footer and include your account email and order reference.
We aim to respond within a reasonable period. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method where technically possible, subject to processing times of banks and payment providers.
Non-refundable situations
We may decline refunds where fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, or breach of the Terms is suspected, where a statutory exception applies to digital content after express consent and performance begins, or where another lawful restriction applies.
Chargebacks initiated without first contacting support may lead to account suspension pending verification.
