PMPath provides cloud-based PMP® preparation tools such as practice exams, question practice modes, analytics, and related features depending on your selected plan. Functional scope may evolve with product updates while preserving materially equivalent access for the purchased term unless otherwise agreed.

The checkout screen displays the total payable amount, applicable taxes where collected, currency, and any recurring billing frequency before you authorize payment.

Payment is executed through our payment partner’s hosted flow (for example, card-based checkout). Access is activated after successful authorization according to the confirmation shown in-app or by email.

Where activation depends on manual steps (such as domain verification for organizations), timelines communicated in-product apply.

If your jurisdiction grants a withdrawal right for distance contracts, you may lose that right once digital content delivery begins after your express request for immediate supply and acknowledgment that you thereby waive withdrawal once delivery starts—where permitted by law.

For consumers in Türkiye, applicable provisions include the Turkish Consumer Protection Law (6502) and Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği (among others). Nothing in PMPath documentation limits mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived.
